Our Process
Each bottle opener is cut to size and hand sanded, ensuring a smooth surface and rounded edges.
They are then stained in a dark walnut color and set out to fully dry between coats.
The Navy Master Chief Anchor is CNC carved, ensuring precision and adding depth.
Finally, they are fully sealed in a Polyacrylic clear coat, giving a semi-gloss look and providing a protective coating.
